One morning the group went piranha fishing. We caught several Black Pirahna, and one Amazon Catfish. Later that evening, the crew bbqed the fish as part of dinner. The piranhas had many small bones but were tasty.

One of the highlights with supper was the freshly made Caipirinha, the national drink of Brazil. Its made from Cachaca, the liquid from the first pressing of sugar cane. The fermented liquid is mixed with sugar and crushed limes. A great cocktail when dining on ( man eating pirahna ).
